Brian Harrell serves as the Vice President and Chief Security Officer at AVANGRID and is an active member of several boards, including the Security Industry Association, Northeast Gas Association, and Yankee Atomic Power Company. Additionally, Brian contributes to the U.S. Department of Energy's Electricity Advisory Committee. Brian holds a Master of Arts in Homeland Security from Penn State University and completed the Executive Leaders Program at the Naval Postgraduate School, focusing on homeland defense and security.
