Matt Williams is an experienced Transaction Manager at Security Home Mortgage since March 2017, with a solid background in the mortgage industry dating back to February 2007. Previously, Matt worked at Flagship Financial Group, LLC as a Mortgage Loan Coordinator, where knowledge of the Encompass system was utilized to perform proactive pipeline management and maintain effective communication with customers and Loan Officers. Additional experience includes roles as a Junior Loan Processor, known for attention to detail and managing high volumes of files, and as a Loan Officer Assistant, where responsibilities included ordering appraisals and basic income calculations. Matt holds a GED from Provo High School, completed between 1998 and 2001.
