Mark Williams has over 37 years of work experience, beginning in 1982 as an Electronics Technician - RF Communications for the US Navy. In 1990, they took on the role of Maintenance Engineer - Cell Sites and Switches for Centel Cellular. From 1993 to 1998, they worked as a Wireless Communications Technical Instructor for 360 Communications, INC. Mark then moved on to Alltel Communications, LLC, where they were a Sr Engineer - Staged Building Program, Standards & Grounding from 1998 to 2009. From 2009 to 2019, they worked as a Principle Engineer HQ Standards & Compliance for Verizon Wireless. Most recently, they have been a Channel Sales Manager for Security Enhancement Systems since 2019.

Mark Williams obtained an Associate of Science in Electronics Technology from Solano College between 1988 and 1990. In July of 1990, they obtained an FCC Operators License from the Federal Communications Commission. In November of 2008, they obtained a Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute.
