Annika Forsbom Ericsson is an experienced professional in project management and organizational development, currently serving as Director of PMO for Security Services Europe at Securitas Group since May 2021, where the focus is on establishing a PMO function to support organizational development activities. Prior to this, Annika held various leadership roles at Coor, including Vice President, Head of Group PMO, and Head of IT Service Development, overseeing teams responsible for project management, service development, and the demand process. Annika's background includes significant experience at Klarna, where responsibilities spanned from portfolio management to senior project management, along with consultancy roles in firms such as Connecta and Eniro Initiatives AB. Annika holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Uppsala University and has a background in maritime law from the University of Oslo.
