Laura Martin, MA, CAPM, CSM, is an experienced manager in strategic initiatives at Securian Financial since August 2018, where leadership of a team focused on enabling high-value work through data-driven recommendations is key. Previously, Laura served as a Senior Project Manager, leading complex, multi-million dollar programs and influencing enterprise processes. Prior roles include Project Manager/Business Analyst at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where dynamic leadership and effective facilitation were highlighted, and Financial Aid Advisor at Brown College. Laura holds a Master of Arts in IT Leadership from The College of St. Scholastica and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
