Kathleen De Beer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as Customer Service Manager Payroll Services Noord Oost and Teamleader Sociaal Secretariaat at Securex since January 2020. Prior to this, Kathleen held the position of Teamleader at INFINO from 2018 to early 2020. Kathleen's career at BNP Paribas Fortis spanned from 1994 to 2018, during which time Kathleen advanced through roles such as Contact Centre Manager, Branch Manager, Channel Manager for Phone & Contact Centre, and ultimately Head of Digital Change and Head of Digital Projects & Change Management. Kathleen obtained a Master's degree in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Postgraduate degree in Business/Managerial Economics from VLEKHO Business School Brussel.
