Dr. Ricardo O. Hemmings currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at SecureWorld Corporation since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resource & Administration Manager and Officer at Trelawny Co-operative Credit Union Limited from March 2022 to April 2023, and as a Human Resource Generalist at Datamint Group of Companies between March 2020 and February 2022. Dr. Hemmings also contributed to the Transport Authority of Jamaica as a Senior Inspector and Route Inspector from November 2006 to February 2020, and worked as a Security Officer at Sentry Security Services Company Ltd. from October 2004 to October 2006.
