Tram Nguyen has been working in the tech industry since 2000. Tram started as a QA Engineer at Ceira Technologies, Inc. in 2000. In 2003, they moved to Triad Financial Corporation as a Sr. QA Engineer. In 2008, they joined NCR Corporation as a Sr. QA Engineer. In 2015, they joined SecureAuth Corporation and held both the roles of Program Manager and Lead QA Engineer.

Tram Nguyen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from California State University, Fullerton.
