Richard Curtain is an experienced professional in the parking and real estate industries, currently serving as Portfolio Manager and previously as Business Development Manager at Secure Parking since October 2018. Prior to this, Richard held the role of Business Development Manager for Victoria at Care Park from March 2018 to September 2018, and served as Commercial Business Manager/Leasing at Ace Parking from March 2015 to March 2018. Richard's career began at Lemon Baxter, where responsibilities included sales and leasing negotiations, as well as property management, from June 2009 to March 2015. Richard also worked as Victorian Sales Manager at Torch Media Group from March 2007 to May 2009. Richard is an alumnus of Xavier College.
