Saad Ammar Niazi is a performance and learning development expert with extensive experience in various roles across several organizations. Currently serving as a Performance Expert and Excellence Consultant at SECURANCE and as a Learning and Development Specialist at Competance since January 2024, Saad also contributes as a Visiting Faculty Member at Iqra University since June 2017. Previously, Saad held significant positions at HBL - Habib Bank Limited, including roles as a Learning Technologist and Senior Reporting Analyst, managing performance management reporting and the implementation of Oracle Taleo Learning Module. The professional journey began with earlier positions at Tax Goddess Business Services, Inbox Business Technologies, Primatics Financial, and Deloitte Pakistan. Saad holds an MBA in Finance from Iqra University, an ACCA Affiliate designation, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Karachi University.
