Heather Bogard has a diverse work experience. Heather began their career as an Account Specialist at Affinity Health System in 2011 and worked there until 2013. After that, they joined Appvion, Inc. as a Program Coordinator, where they stayed until 2017. In 2017, they became an Independent Health Coach. Heather then moved to Thrivent Mutual Funds in 2017 as an Associate Business Systems Analyst. Heather was promoted to the role of Business Systems Analyst in 2018 and later became a Senior Business Systems Analyst in 2020. After leaving Thrivent Mutual Funds in 2021, Heather joined SECURA Insurance as a Lead Business Analyst and was subsequently promoted to the role of Senior Business Analyst in 2023.

Heather Bogard holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. This degree was obtained at an unknown start and end year. In addition to their degree, Heather has obtained additional certifications. Heather is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in September 2021.
