Jeff Conway is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global banking and consulting. Currently, Conway serves as a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group since October 2022, while also holding board positions at Secro and Lydonia Technologies, Inc., and serving on the Board of Advisors for HYPR. Previously, Conway was Global Chief Operating Officer and Group General Manager at HSBC, overseeing investment and commercial banking operations. Conway also held various executive roles at State Street from 1998 to 2019, including roles as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer for EMEA. Additional positions include Non-Executive Chairman at Universal Investment Group and Director at Mercatus, Inc. Conway earned a degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth between 1983 and 1987.
