Esther Kuiper is an experienced HR professional with a background in operational HR, policy development, and employee well-being. Currently serving as a Verzuim Specialist, D&I Verbinder, and People Administrator at SECRID since September 2022, Esther previously contributed to Raccoon Serious Games as the first HR Advisor, developing HR policies related to absenteeism, leave, travel expenses, and referral programs. Esther has held various HR roles at organizations such as Madurodam, Compagnon, JURA Nederland BV, Rotterdam The Hague Airport, Hivos, and DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included operational HR support, management consultations, and process improvements. Esther holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Hogeschool Utrecht and has completed relevant training at ICM Opleidingen.
