The General Management and Coordination Team at the Secretaría Técnica de Planificación del Desarrollo Económico y Social is responsible for overseeing and synchronizing the various functions of the organization to ensure cohesive and efficient execution of economic and social development plans. This team encompasses high-level officials, including the Vice Minister and several General Directors, who collectively manage investment strategies, public-private partnerships, development cooperation, results-based management, territorial planning, inter-institutional relations, and communication efforts.
