Natalia Vargas is currently working as a Social Cohesion and South-South Cooperation Specialist at Secretaría General Iberoamericana (SEGIB). Prior to this role, Natalia held positions such as Leader of the Digital Citizenship Strategy at the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications, and Professional in the Co-responsibility Group for International Cooperation at the Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization. With a background in Political Science and International Relations, along with a specialization in Strategic Communication, Natalia has a strong foundation for their work in international cooperation and development.
