Rebecca Tonkinson is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Group Head of Talent at Secret Escapes since April 2016. With a focus on enhancing recruitment strategies, Rebecca has contributed to Secret Escapes' growth as the world’s leading members-only online travel deals company, supporting operations across 14 countries. Prior to this role, Rebecca held positions at notonthehighstreet.com as Head of Talent and Talent Acquisition Partner, and at EMAP, progressing through various roles including Talent Assistant and Sales Executive. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in History and English from Loughborough University, supplemented by A Levels in English, History, Geography, and General Studies from The Hayfield School.
