Marta Paliszewska currently serves as the People Operations Team Lead at Secret Escapes. Marta is responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks across multiple countries within the Secret Escapes Group. Prior to their current role, Marta worked as the HR Manager at Travelist.pl where Marta provided strategic HR solutions, led talent management processes, and oversaw personnel administration and payroll. With a background in economics from Krakow University of Economics, Marta has acquired extensive experience in HR management and operations.
