Idrissa Mamadou Ag Moustapha is an experienced professional in the field of humanitarian assistance and program coordination, currently serving as an Expert Sahel at Secours Catholique-Caritas France since May 2024. Prior roles include Coordinator of the consortium and Country Program Coordinator at COOPI - Cooperazione Internazionale from September 2022 to April 2024, and Operations Manager at Lux-Development from November 2020 to September 2022. Idrissa held the position of Coordinator at ASREF from January 2019 to October 2020 and served as the Monitoring and Evaluation Referent at SOS SAHEL International France from January 2017 to December 2018. Academically, Idrissa holds a Maitrise in Law from the Faculté des sciences juridiques et politiques de Bamako, completed in 2008.
