Oliver Közle has extensive work experience in the fields of legal, human resources, and compliance. Oliver is currently serving as the Head of Legal and HR at Secop Group. Previously, they worked as a Certified Compliance Officer and Compliance Manager at Hochschule der Wirtschaft für Management. Oliver also served as the Syndikusrechtsanwalt, Leiter Personal / Corporate Counsel, and Head of HR at Kruse Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co KG. Earlier in their career, Oliver held senior HR positions at Airbus, MAN Truck & Bus AG, and Caterpillar Marine Power Systems.

Oliver Közle began their education at Kiel University from 1990 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Law (Rechtswissenschaften) and successfully completed both the Erstes und Zweites Staatsexamen. After a gap, in 1988 to 1990, they engaged in a training program as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) at Siemens AG. In 2003, they obtained the qualification of Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt/Licence Legal Attorney from Rechtsanwaltskammer Schleswig-Holstein.
