Allison James is a highly experienced program manager specializing in community engagement, workforce development, and educational initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at SecondMuse, Allison supports NASA Space Apps and leads strategic planning for the Gender Equality in Tech (GET Cities) initiative in Chicago. Previous roles include managing strategic partnerships at the Illinois Science and Technology Coalition and directing programs at Chicago Innovation. With a robust background in academia as a program specialist and lecturer at the University of Illinois at Chicago, coupled with international experience as a TEFL teacher with the Peace Corps, Allison combines expertise in nonprofit management, educational programming, and community building.
