Matt Fargie is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Principal at CapVest Partners LLP since August 2018, where the firm has raised over €10 billion and executed more than 150 transactions across various regions and sectors. In addition to this role, Matt is a Director on the Board of Second Nature Brands and has board positions at NextPharma and Inspired Pet Nutrition. Prior experience includes investment banking at Centerview Partners, where key transactions included Kraft Heinz' potential offer for Unilever and Henderson Group plc's merger with Janus Capital. Early in their career, Matt worked in M&A at Rothschild, contributing to the sale of the TGI Fridays UK franchise. Matt Fargie holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick.
