Mark Rand is an experienced professional in the technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Procurement at Second Life Mac since September 2023, where the focus is on enhancing the device buyback industry through exceptional customer service and expertise in Apple products. Prior to this role, Mark was an Account Executive at Appogee, providing consultative solutions for enterprise and educational clients, and led business development efforts at Diamond Assets LLC to ensure sustainable technology refresh plans. With a strong background at Apple in various capacities related to K-12 education, Mark also held positions at Pearson and other firms, acquiring a deep understanding of client needs across multiple sectors. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
