Ondřej Štumpf has a diverse range of work experience in software development and project management. Ondřej started their career as a Software Developer in various companies, including Cofidis and Nux s.r.o. In 2010, Štumpf joined Cofidis again as a Software Developer, and later in 2011, they worked as a Software Developer in a private company. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Software Developer in another private company. From 2013 to 2017, Štumpf co-founded and worked as a Software Developer in Cardoid Systems s.r.o., where they developed a complex web system using Ruby on Rails. In 2013, they also worked as a Teacher at Charles University in Prague. In 2015, Štumpf served as the Head of Project Development at ePojisteni.cz, leading a development team and participating in web project development. From 2015 to 2023, they worked at GoodData as a Senior Principal Software Engineer, responsible for the development and maintenance of private cloud components. In 2023, Štumpf joined Second Foundation as a Lead Developer.

Ondřej Štumpf's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in General Computer Science from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University, Prague (2010-2013), a Master's degree in Software Systems from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University, Prague (2013-2015), and a RNDr. (Doctor of Natural Sciences) degree in Software Systems from the Matematicko-fyzikální fakulta Univerzity Karlovy v Praze (2015-2016). Ondřej also obtained a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from Cambridge in 2009.
