Alex Pfluger has several years of experience in the gaming industry. They started their career at 5th Planet Games, where they held roles such as Quality Assurance Lead, Head of Quality Assurance, and Director of Operations. During this time, they were responsible for testing applications, managing QA efforts, and overseeing departmental operations.

After that, Alex joined Electronic Arts (EA) as an Advanced Analyst and later became an Analytics Manager. In these roles, they focused on analytics related to the game Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes and led the analytics department at EA Capital Games. They were involved in various aspects of analytics, including gameplay analytics, monetization, and revenue forecasting.

More recently, Alex worked at Blizzard Entertainment as an Analytics Manager. They were responsible for managing analytics and data-driven decision making. Currently, Alex is working at Second Dinner as an Associate Director of Analytics, a position they started in 2023.

Alex Pfluger holds a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech.
