Justin Thomas Schubert, MAief, MBA, currently serves in Asset Management, Data Analytics, and Acquisitions at Second Avenue since September 2021. Previously, Schubert was an Acquisitions Associate at Carter Funds, where responsibilities included developing underwriting models and evaluating multifamily asset acquisitions. Schubert's earlier roles encompassed multifamily underwriting at Arbor Realty Trust, commercial real estate market analysis at CoStar Portfolio Strategy, and internships focused on strategic projects and financial planning. Academically, Schubert holds an MBA from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Master's degree in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis International Business School, alongside a Bachelor's degree from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
