Ryan Fernandes has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. RYAN is currently the Chief of Staff/Senior Manager of Sales Strategy Operations and Enablement at Seclore since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aranca from September 2017 to October 2022, where they served as the Head of Customer Experience and Sales for Financial Data Research Projects, overseeing operational management and strategy. Before that, Ryan was an Operations Manager at Teleperformance from July 2014 to September 2017. Additionally, they have experience as a Community Volunteer at Harvest of Grace from May 2013 to October 2014, where they were involved in various outreach programs and the administration of church camps. From June 2007 to May 2013, Ryan worked at Three. as a Team Operations Manager, gaining expertise in ISP, technical, sales, upgrades, and retentions processes, as well as in change management and client and people management. RYAN also has experience as a Team Leader at IBM Daksh from June 2005 to December 2006 and as a Technical Team Leader at Sutherland from November 2003 to July 2005. Ryan began their career at Wipro as a Customer Service Associate from December 2002 to November 2003. Overall, they have a diverse background in operations, sales, customer experience, strategy, and leadership roles.

Ryan Fernandes completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Commerce and Economics from Goa University between 1997 and 2000. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. These certifications include a PGP- AI for Business Leaders and Managers from Great Learning in August 2021, a Certification in Digital Marketing from Chalodigital in August 2020, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Teleperformance in November 2015, a Certification in Design Thinking and Innovation from Teleperformance Global Learning & Development in March 2014, a Project Management Workshop from the Project Management Training Institute (PMTI) in January 2013, a Diploma in Ecommerce, Programming, and Web designing from Tulac in May 2000, and a Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking from Jetking Infotrain Limited in May 2000.
