Rick Clemmer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as Ex Chairman at SECeDGE since March 2023 and Chairman at Privafy and Axon Networks since January 2019, Rick previously held the position of CEO at NXP Semiconductors from January 2009 to May 2020 and at AGERE from 2006 to 2008. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Texas Tech University, attended from 1969 to 1973.
