Konstantin Petropoulos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2007, they worked as a PostDoc at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitaet, Universitaets-Klinik in Munich. From 2008 to 2017, Petropoulos held various positions at MorphoSys AG, including Scientist, Manager, and Director in the Business Development and Pre-Commercial Group. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Bayer as the Head of Portfolio Operations & Analytics, where they focused on strategic planning and financial evaluations. In 2018, Petropoulos joined Leukocare AG as the Vice President of Business Development, Marketing & Sales. Konstantin then moved on to become the Chief Executive Officer at AMW GmbH from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Petropoulos holds executive positions as the Chief Business Officer at Secarna Pharmaceuticals and CEO at sterna biologicals GmbH.

Konstantin Petropoulos has a diverse education history. Konstantin started their academic journey by earning a First State Examination in Biology & Chemistry from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2001. Konstantin continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Biology in 2002. Later, Petropoulos pursued a PhD in Biology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2002 to 2007. In 2009, they attended FOM University of Applied Sciences where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Management & Entrepreneurship, completing it in 2011. Lastly, in 2015 to 2016, they attended European Business School Oestrich Winkel and obtained a Manager Market Access degree.
