Barbara Jacobs possesses extensive experience in corporate finance regulation, having served at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since September 2000 in various leadership roles, including Associate Director of the Disclosure Review Program and Chief of the Office of Assessment and Continuous Improvement. Barbara has also contributed to legal education as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center from August 2001 to August 2004. Barbara's educational background includes an AB in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
