Rute Escaliante possesses extensive experience in IT management and project leadership, currently serving as IT Manager at Sebrae - Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas since January 2017. Prior to this role, Rute held the position of IT Leader for Projects & Systems at Sebrae-SP, starting in September 2012. Previous experience includes serving as IT Project Manager at Merck Sharp & Dohme / Tech For from July 2011 to August 2012, and as Project Manager in the Global PMO and IT Manager for Latin America at Tyco Flow Control from February 1994 to April 2011. Rute holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from FIAP, a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Processamento de Dados from Sorocaba Technological College (FATEC), and has pursued further education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and UNISO.
