Ritesh Dutta, CFA has extensive work experience in the finance sector. Ritesh currently holds the role of Managing Director, Markets & Investment Solutions at SEBA Bank AG, where they are also a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to this, Ritesh served as a Board Member at Rivet Partners. The majority of their career was spent at UBS Investment Bank, where they held various roles including Managing Director & Global Head of Emerging Markets Trading, Global Head of EM FX Trading, Head of Relative Value Trading, and Trader of Rates Derivatives. Ritesh started their career at UBS as a Graduate Trainee in Debt & Equity Capital Markets.

Ritesh Dutta, CFA has a comprehensive education history. Ritesh began their academic journey at Delhi Institute of Technology, India, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from 1990 to 1994. In pursuit of further expertise in finance, Ritesh joined the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 1994 to 1996, earning an MBA with a specialization in Finance. This advanced degree equipped him with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in the field.

Later on, in 2002, Ritesh proved their expertise by obtaining the highly regarded Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the esteemed CFA Institute. This certification has further validated their skills and expertise in the field of finance.

In seeking to enhance their understanding of organizational behavior, Ritesh took a sabbatical from their professional endeavors in 2007 and enrolled in the University of California, Berkeley. During this time, they focused on studying organization behavior in order to gain insights into this field.
