Laura Poļanska serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within the Data & Recruitment Support team at SEB since February 2023, where a significant contribution includes executing a comprehensive data clean-up project in the Lever system. Prior to this, Laura held multiple roles, including Retail Sales and Organizational Psychologist Intern at MADARA Cosmetics, AS, where efforts centered on training cycle foundations and employee evaluations. Experience as a Relocation Specialist intern at Accenture involved document preparation for visa applications and managing extensive data. Previous roles include Optician at OC VISION and Assistant to the Head of the Personnel Department at AR Whitening, focusing on recruitment and onboarding. Laura Poļanska began the journey in professional development with an Archivist position at Medical Centre ARS, SIA, and holds a Professional Master’s degree in Psychology from Latvijas Universitate, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Social Science (Psychology) from Rīga Stradiņš University.
