Magali Jourdan is an experienced HR and talent acquisition professional currently serving as the France Head of Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility at Groupe SEB since February 2022. Previously, Magali held various leadership roles at Carrier, including France Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise Leader and France HR Manager, where responsibilities included team management, transformation implementation, and HR operations for a large workforce. Earlier experience includes positions at Emerson Network Power as Europe HR & Talent Manager, ABB as France Talent Acquisition Business Partner, and ADP as a Payroll Officer. Magali holds a Master 2 in Strategic HR Management from IAE Grenoble and a Master 1 in Operational HR from IGS Lyon, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lyon 1.
