Enric Asuncion is the co-founder and CEO of Wallbox Chargers, a position held since July 2015. Asuncion has been recognized as an Endeavor Entrepreneur since August 2019, following participation in the ISP in Quito, Ecuador. Prior to Wallbox, Asuncion worked at Tesla Motors as a Program Manager for Charging Installations from June 2014 to June 2015, and at Applus IDIADA from July 2011 to June 2014 as an Engineer specializing in EV/HEV, focusing on the development of charging interfaces and testing EVSE and DC QC chargers. Early in the career, Asuncion contributed to fuel cell integration at IRI from June 2009 to June 2011. Asuncion holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
