Erik Klein is an experienced project management professional with a focus on offshore wind and oil & gas sectors. Currently serving as Project Director at Seaway 7 since January 2020, Erik leads offshore fixed wind and floating wind projects in the Netherlands and South Korea. Previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Subsea 7 from September 2007 to May 2020, managing various oil and gas projects across the UK, Norway, and the Netherlands. Early career roles include Construction Manager at Saipem for West Africa and the Black Sea projects, Project Engineer at Offcon, and Deputy Manager at Pechiney. Erik holds an M.B.A. from Robert Gordon University and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente.
