Caitlin Pontrella (SHRM-CP) is an experienced nonprofit leader currently serving as the Interim Co-CEO of Techbridge Girls since June 2023. With a robust background in executive transitions, Caitlin has held various interim executive roles across organizations such as The Valtas Group, On the Boards, Pottery Northwest, and ShoreLake Arts, focusing on change management, culture repair, and strategic planning. Additional experience includes leading the Eastside Human Services Forum as Executive Director, where Caitlin established operational infrastructure, and founding The Movement Creative, which pioneered parkour and urban athletics programs in New York City. Caitlin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Syracuse University.
