Brian Eayrs is an experienced professional in football operations, currently serving as the Head Coach Assistant and Research Analyst for Football Operations with the Seattle Seahawks since July 2013. Prior to this role, Eayrs worked at STATS LLC in quality assurance for a brief period and held multiple positions at Luther College, including Content Coordinator for Web and Visual Media and Assistant Football Coach from 2008 to 2013. Eayrs also contributed as a research and development intern with the Minnesota Vikings and as an assistant football coach at Eden Prairie Schools. Early in the career, Eayrs interned with the Green Bay Packers during training camp. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Sport Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Augsburg University.
