Rachel Scott, MLIS, MPA, serves as the Regional Manager at The Seattle Public Library, overseeing multiple branches and previously holding roles such as Supervising Librarian and Children's Librarian. With a career starting in 2004 at The Seattle Public Library, Rachel has extensive experience in outreach, program planning, and supervision of staff. Additionally, Rachel contributed to the Washington Library Association as a Committee Member focusing on continuing education needs for library employees. Other notable positions include fellowships with the Thomas C. Wales Foundation and Consejo Counseling & Referral Services, along with a project lead role for SOAR.
