Thomasina Schmitt serves as the Executive Director of Seattle Neighborhood Group since June 2020, focusing on community empowerment and engagement, particularly with underserved populations. As a co-founder of Pacifica Writers' Workshop, established in September 2017, Thomasina fosters creativity through various writing programs. Previous experience includes corporate and community engagement at Wellspring Family Services, managing community connections at Seattle Symphony, and roles in arts administration including an internship at Sadler's Wells and operations management at Tacoma Youth Symphony Association. Thomasina's educational background includes a Bachelor of Music in Music Business from Central Washington University and a Master of Arts in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths, University of London.
