Michael Dries has a diverse culinary background with extensive experience in both educational and professional settings. Currently serving as a High School Presenter at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder since July 2017, Michael also holds the position of Sales Representative at Seattle Fish Company since September 2013. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club from February 2013 to October 2013, and Executive Sous Chef at The Oceanaire Seafood Room for nearly nine years, from January 2004 to January 2013. Michael Dries earned a Bachelor of Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Minneapolis between 1999 and 2000.
