Prior experiences include serving as Campaign Project Manager at Seattle Children's, focusing on process improvements and project management for significant fundraising campaigns. At Seattle University, Rachael held various roles, including Marketing Operations and Project Manager, where campaign launches and donor engagement were key tasks. Rachael's earlier experience includes positions at Sahar Education and OSKA Seattle, enhancing operations and marketing functions. Rachael holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Seattle University.
