Manuel Arambul is an experienced Learning Consultant at Seattle Children's, where responsibilities include designing training programs and conducting sessions aimed at improving patient-clinician communication since March 2014. Previously, Manuel held the roles of Behavioral Consultant/Operations Lead, providing evidence-based interventions for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and coordinating care with providers. Prior to that, Manuel served as Positive Behavior Support Coordinator and Program Manager at SL Start and Associates, focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis and supporting individuals with challenging behaviors. Manuel earned a Psychology degree from the University of Washington and an Associate's degree from North Seattle College, along with completing education at SeattleCoach in 2023.
