Lindsay Pascal is an experienced Senior Analyst at Seattle Children's Research Institute, where responsibilities include managing the review and approval process for Institutional Regulatory Research Committees and conducting analysis of research protocols for compliance with regulations. Lindsay also serves as a Committee Member for Clinical Biosafety Services, reviewing local human gene transfer research, and previously held the position of Scientific Specialist at the Western Institutional Review Board, coordinating Institutional Biosafety Committees. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Research Associate role at Wisconsin Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, where independent research was conducted, and an internship with the American Association for the Advancement of Science focused on ethical issues in personalized medicine. Lindsay holds an M.S. in Neuroscience and an MPA in Public Policy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as a B.S. in Zoology with Honors from Oklahoma State University.
