James Jackson

Desktop Support Tech Lead at Seattle Children's Healthcare System

James Jackson has extensive experience in IT support and project management within the tech sector. Currently serving as Desktop Support Tech Lead at Seattle Children's since October 2018, James is focusing on project-driven work while remaining an escalation point for the desktop team. Prior to this role, James worked as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Seattle Childrenā€™s Research Institute following its acquisition of the Center for Infectious Disease Research. Jamesā€™s background includes roles as Desktop Support Specialist II at the Center for Infectious Disease Research and F5 Networks, along with experience at HackerAgency in various desktop support capacities. Earlier work includes freelance web design and contract web development, underpinned by a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Art from Henry Cogswell College.
