Linghuey Esther Gooi is an experienced Engineering Project Manager currently leading multi-disciplinary global engineering teams at Seatrium since March 2023, overseeing the design execution of offshore substations valued at over SGD 260 million. Previously, Linghuey served as Section Manager at Keppel FELS Ltd, managing a team of over 30 engineers and document controllers, while advocating engineering capabilities to external stakeholders. With a career beginning in commissioning engineering, Linghuey has held various roles at Keppel FELS Ltd, including Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer, leading teams on projects exceeding half a billion SGD. Linghuey holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from the National University of Singapore.
