Emilie Ricciardi has a diverse work experience in the music and entertainment industry. Emilie started their career as a Music Publicity Intern at Dark Matter Media in 2021. In 2022, they worked as an Artist Manager at Retrograded and also had a role in Artist Services. In 2023, they worked as a General Manager/A&R and later as an Intern at Briidge Inc. Emilie has also been involved in various roles such as Artist Management at The Rocks Management, Music Curator at Groover, Brand Ambassador at SeatGeek, and Concerts Crew at Sofar Sounds. Emilie Ricciardi began their education at Watchung Hills Regional High School, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Emilie then attended Marist College from 2017 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. In 2020, they had a brief study experience at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici. Currently, Emilie is pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Music Business at Berklee College of Music, starting in 2021 and expected to end in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Emilie has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2021, they completed the "Google Analytics for Beginners" certification through Google Analytics and the "YouTube Music" certification through Google Digital Academy (Skillshop).
