Melanie Rupp has extensive experience in customer experience, media, and digital marketing, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience & Media at SEAT Deutschland since October 2016. Previous roles at SEAT include Lead Media & Digital Marketing and Campaign Manager in Brand Advertising. Prior to SEAT, Melanie Rupp worked at MediaCom Deutschland from June 2013 to September 2016, where roles included Digital Media Planner and Junior Digital Media Planner. Additional experience includes a position as Cross Media / Digital Manager at PAYBACK and Online Sales Marketing Manager at 1&1 Internet AG. Earlier in Melanie Rupp's career, positions included Public Relations Manager at dot.communications GmbH and various roles at Techem Energy Services GmbH. Melanie Rupp holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Hochschule Neu-Ulm and completed a study abroad experience in Digital / Global Marketing at Leeds Beckett University.
