Holly Cargill-Cramer is an experienced nonprofit leader and strategist with a strong background in communications and organizational management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Special Projects at SEAT Center, Holly focuses on community initiatives aimed at enhancing educational and workforce experiences for young adults. Previous roles include Executive Director at LifePath, where Holly led programs supporting older adults in New York's Capital Region, and Vice President for Governance and Strategy at Association Development Group, where strategic growth and management for not-for-profits and trade associations were prioritized. Holly's extensive experience in communications began with positions at SUNY Cobleskill and the New York State Restaurant Association, showcasing a career marked by effective outreach and advocacy in various sectors. Holly holds a BA in Communication Arts from The College of Saint Rose.
