Konstantina Sears has a robust background in education and digital communication. Currently serving as the Website and Social Media Manager at Sears Contract, Inc. since June 2021, Konstantina previously dedicated 16 years to the Wake County Public School System as an Educator. Konstantina earned a Master's degree in K-12 Reading, Curriculum and Instruction from North Carolina State University between 2008 and 2010, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Wayne State University, obtained from 1996 to 2001.
