Dr. Nyeapa Yakubu serves as the Design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator at Search for Common Ground since January 2025, where responsibilities include designing and executing M&E plans. Prior positions include monitoring, evaluation, and learning leadership for the Nigeria Country Program at the Center for Civilians in Conflict from January 2022 to March 2024, and overseeing M&E for EU projects at Plan International between September 2019 and January 2022. Additionally, Dr. Yakubu worked as a Reproductive Health M&E Officer with the International Rescue Committee from September 2016 to August 2019, and held a previous role at FHI 360 from March 2015 to August 2016 focusing on data management and quality control. Dr. Yakubu holds a PhD in Public Health from Texila American University Consortium, a Master's in Health Planning and Management from the University of Maiduguri, and various degrees in Education and Human Anatomy.
